I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, identity exploration, and neurodivergence through a person-centered, empowerment-focused lens. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, honoring the complexity of your story while helping you reconnect with your inner strength. I hold space for men, women, and LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as anyone carrying unseen burdens and seeking a space of understanding and relief.

When I am not working with clients, you can find me gaming, writing, traveling to explore cultures of the world, and spending time in nature while staying curious about the connections between culture, identity, and personal growth.
