We all need someone to talk to sometimes. When life feels heavy or change seems out of reach, connection can be the first step toward healing. I offer support to adults navigating substance use challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, providing a space grounded in respect, dignity, and partnership.
My approach is centered on meeting you where you are, with goals and strategies tailored to your unique needs. I draw from harm reduction and abstinence-based models, as well as CBT, DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based practices-always through a trauma-informed and person-centered lens. My experience includes working alongside individuals facing oppression, marginalization, and complex trauma, and I strive to hold a space where your story is met with understanding, not judgment.
Talking helps-and sharing your challenges with someone you can trust can open space for growth, clarity, and self-compassion.
